Most people worry about high-fructose corn syrup. But instead of just concerning yourself with this one type of sugar, worry about all types of sweeteners, says a new article in The New York Times.

According to experts cited in the story, some people think that HFCS is particularly harmful–but in fact, both this and sucrose (a.k.a., table sugar) are made up of about the same amounts of fructose and glucose.
